The Board of Directors is looking for homeowners that would be interested in serving on committees to improve the community and homeowners' engagement. This is a great opportunity for homeowners to participate in the life of your Association and in the decision-making process.

The Board of Directors is looking to create/re-launch the following committees:
Architectural Review Committee: the primary task of the Architectural Review Committee is to review and approve exterior modification requests from homeowners living in the community. The committee will also be tasked to review the existing Architectural Guidelines of the Community and propose potential changes to the Board.
Trail Committee/Common Areas: the trail/common areas committee will work with the Board and Management to review potential improvement for common areas and trails of the Association.
Events Committee: the event committee will be responsible for creating, organizing, and coordinating events for the community. The Board is looking for creative ideas during the pandemic.
